We had an ER heating issue and called Donahue. They had been recommended to us by a neighbor. They came out THAT day and worked tirelessly to finish so we could have heat (it's the winter). We recently purchased a heating and air conditioning system from Donahue Heating and Air Conditioning. We found Brandon helpful in determining what was the best system for our particular needs. The system he recommended actually was less cost and at no time did we feel pressure to buy. This helped in our decision along with the fact that Brandon would be installing the system as opposed to a sub-contractor. I took a look inside the attic as well as the location where the air conditioning unit was placed. We appreciate the nece and clean installation of the units as well as the duct work. Even other contractors we had come by after the installation commented on how nice the air conditioning unit was installed. My wife especially liked how you and your crew kept the dust and mess to a minimum and the fact that you cleaned up at the end of each work day.

Just had to post what a wonderful experience we had with Donahue Heating and Air Conditioning. Brandon was very professional and worked really hard to get our heater working before the parts stores closed for the weekend. He even arranged for one store (that was closing) to leave a part outside for him to pick up. Our heater works like a dream. One of the great things was that he didn't leave a mess, was COMPLETELY professional, and just seems like an all around good guy! I can't thank you enough Brandon for you and your crew's expert work on installing both a central heat/air conditioning unit on my mother-in-law quarters (done over 2 years ago) and our main house (done just a bit over 1 year). Recently you came out and added a humidifier to our heating system that works wonders on our families sinuses.
Coming off of a major construction project, our mother-in-law quarters/garage, you were one of the few subcontractors that did what you promised, worked when you said you would, notified me when you weren't able to come and finally, finished when you said you would for the price originally quoted (if not less).
You and your crews were always polite and especially courteous to my toddler sons who more than once tried to help you in the attic with your installation. I still think you left me house cleaner than they way you found it.

It's all too often that customers only take the time to write when there are problems with a product or service. I am taking the time to write and let you know how pleased we've been with your service, professionalism and products. After receiving six different quotes we selected Brandon Donahue to provide our installation of a new York heating and air conditioning unit. He was always responsive to my questions and inquiries, his installation time was only two days and his work was exceptional. Additionally I have been very satisfied with the York products to date; they are incredibly quite and efficient. While Brandon was not the cheapest quote we received, it was very competitive. I have already referred Brandon to several of our friends that were looking for a reputable HVAC person.

My husband and I had Donahue Heating and Air Conditioning move our outside Air Conditioning unit to the other side of the house. We were having a pool installed and the unit was right where our patio was. Donahue Heating and Air Conditioning said they could move the unit to the other side of the house where it would not interfere with the enjoyment of our pool patio. They did an excellent job! We are very happy with the work done and would highly recommend this company for any air conditioning or heating jobs!
